We will contact the recipients in residence before delivery-on the previous day or the same day, for the confirmation of the delivery timing. If you do not require our in advance contact, please inform us about this on the checkout page or directly call us at 6735 7437.

Substitution

We use only the freshest flowers and so might have cases to make substitutions on seasonal availability. When the substitution is necessary, we will use similar and the same valued flowers as the original design. In case of the main flowers are not available, we will contact customers to propose alternative.

Cancellation

Please inform us more than 48 hours in advance. Before delivery, cancellations which made more than 48 hours in advance are refundable, except standing flower and wedding bouquet. If you require to change the delivery date, please contact us at 6735 7437.

Refund & Exchange

After delivery, we will not accept any refund. Florist Shiki always endeavour to keep our flower products freshest and best quality, in the event of receiving of damaged or unsatisfied products, please contact us within 5 hours of receiving the flowers.
